Coast to Coast Powder Coating, Inc. is one of the largest indoor powder coating facilities in Northeastern North Carolina. For the quiet enjoyment of our administrative and office staff, our powder facility and offices are conveniently divided.

Our 6,250 Square Foot Powder Facility Consists Of:

• A Phosphate Wash Area
• Indoor Blast Booth (12'H x 14'W x 25'L)
• Powder Booth (12'H x 14'W x 25'L)
• Batch Oven (10'H x 12'W x 25'L)

The large indoor blast booth provides us the ability to accommodate a variety of materials and parts in varying sizes. For smaller and more intricate items, we also have a blasting cabinet which offers a variety of media for blasting.

In addition to phosphate washing, media blasting and powder coating, Coast to Coast Powder Coating, Inc. also offers high-heat ceramic coating.

With the batch oven and the 6' x 6' x 6' high-heat oven, there is no job too big or too small for Coast to Coast Powder Coating, Inc.

For convenience to our customers thereby saving them time and expense of travel, shipping, and product delay, we offer welding services to items in need of welding prior to powder coating.

Our large material handling area, 25' long blast booth & oven provides the capability for commercial applications which may require services for larger items and increasing quantity. Coast to Coast Powder Coating, Inc. offers custom racking and high production of items of any size, shape or quantity.

Our facility with designated bays, allows us to ship and receive out of two loading areas, which also accommodates tractor trailers. Shipping options include using local delivery, as well as preferred regional and national carriers.
