Coast to Coast Powder Coating, Inc. is located in the newly developed Camden Business Park off US Highway 158 East in Camden, NC. Our 6,250 square foot indoor facility with it's over-sized blast booth and oven is one of the largest powder coating facilities in northeastern North Carolina.

Our facility is conveniently located in a high-visibility area allowing easy access to major highways. In addition to our indoor facility, our expanded yard area provides the space for convenient material handling, allowing us to ship and receive with ease, by accommodating both local and regional carriers.

What is Powder Coating?

Powder Coating is a finishing process where finely ground particles of pigment and resin and electrostatically charged and sprayed onto a conductive part. The parts to be coated are grounded neutral so that the charged particles projected at them adhere to the parts and are held there until fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven.

The powder coating process chemically bonds pigments to any metal surface. The result is a uniform, durable, high-quality finish that is more resistant to rusting, chipping, and scratching than paint. Since powder coating is a dry process, it does not involve spraying VOCs and is environmentally friendly. Also our blasting materials are recaptured and recycled and our spray booth powders are routinely filtered.

We prepare each item through chemical stripping, degreasing or media blasting to ensure an absolutely clean surface that is ready for powder coating. Any metal capable of conducting electricity and able to withstand high heat can be powder coated.
